MatchBox Consulting Group is working with a reputable commercial contractor to find a Project Manager to join their growing team. Specializing in fast-paced tenant improvement projects, this firm is known for delivering high-quality interiors in office, retail, and mixed-use spaces across the Lower Mainland. This is a full-time, permanent role for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage all phases of commercial TI projects, from pre-construction through close-out
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and site activity to keep work on track and on time
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and trades throughout each build
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and ensure financial goals are maintained
• Lead site meetings, manage documentation, and maintain quality standards
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays or disruptions on site

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably interiors
• Strong knowledge of TI workflows, permit processes, and code compliance
• Comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously with tight timelines
• Confident communicator with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach
• Familiar with scheduling and project management tools such as MS Project or Procore
• Degree or diploma in construction-related field considered an asset
