MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee full-cycle heavy civil and marine construction projects, including structural, dredging, pumps, bridge, and sheet piling work. The role requires leadership of project teams, coordination with subcontractors and clients, and management of budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:

Lead planning, logistics, and execution of assigned projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Supervise and support Project Superintendents and project teams.

Manage contract administration, progress claims, change orders, and client communications.

Develop and maintain project schedules, cost control measures, and quality assurance processes.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications:
-
6–10 years of project management experience in heavy civil, marine, or related construction.

Experience with structural, dredging, pumps, bridges, and estimating; sheet piling is an asset.

Full-cycle project experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred; PMP or equivalent is an asset.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Valid driver’s license and CSTS/WHMIS certifications.
