MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Project Manager to join our client: a respected, family-owned construction company based in Vancouver with a strong presence in residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate with diverse stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, and drive team performance across multiple construction projects. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project specifications.
• Track project progress and maintain documentation using construction management software (e.g., ProCore).
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance.
• Review and oversee schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Manage project schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Facilitate communication among all project stakeholders.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., ProCore) and document management tools (e.g., Bluebeam).
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and teams.
• Effective problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively.
