Commercial Project Manager – Hospitality & Retail Construction

The Work

You’ll manage multiple commercial construction projects across the Lower Mainland, with a focus on:

• Restaurant tenant improvements and new builds (core business)

• Retail and experiential commercial spaces

• Fast-track schedules with high design expectations

• 6–7 active projects at any given time

These are projects people actually recognize — spaces that become part of the fabric of the city.

Who This Is For

Ideal Background

• Project Management experience in a general contracting environment

• Restaurant / hospitality construction experience is required for senior candidates

• Retail TI or ICI experience is acceptable, especially for more junior candidates

• Comfortable running multiple projects in parallel

• Strong communicator who enjoys working directly with clients, consultants, and trades

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from start to finish: planning, execution, close-out

• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers

• Manage schedules, budgets, and change orders

• Ensure quality, safety, and client experience are never compromised

• Represent the company professionally with clients and partners

• Contribute positively to team culture and project momentum
