MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Multi-Family Project Manager in Kelowna, BC.

Our client is a Kelowna-based general contractor with over 15 years of experience in commercial, multi-family, and single-family projects across the Okanagan Valley. Since 2008, they have completed numerous commercial and institutional projects, as well as over 500 residential properties. With a focus on high-quality rental projects, they have earned recognition as the CHBA Multi-Family Builder of the year on twice.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall planning and execution of processes
• Building, coaching, and mentoring the project team
• Managing tendering, contracting, and subcontractor progress
• Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of project management experience, specifically with multi-family projects.
• Holds formal education in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture/Design.
• Proficient in Microsoft apps and experienced with Procore, Bluebeam, and lean construction methods.0
• Self-motivated individual with a passion for building and innovation.
