Matchbox Consulting is looking for a Project Manager in Kelowna, BC.

Our client is a reputable construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. With a focus on craftsmanship, innovation, and client satisfaction, they pride themselves in their commitment to excellence in every project. 

Responsibilities: 

• Estimating, bidding, winning, executing, and closing jobs independently.
• Open to candidates experienced with smaller $100K tenant improvement projects, provided they have 10+ years of experience.
• Suitable for candidates from firms like Gibraltar, Halse Martin, or White Knight, but Ledcor PMs relocating to Kelowna are acceptable if they can estimate.
• Responsibilities include cost analysis, estimate preparation, and creating sales proposals.
• Managing residential and commercial projects while ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Works closely with the President, internal teams, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in estimating and project management.
• Proficient in ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) new builds.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite.
