MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Project Manager to join our client in Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and negotiate contracts with consultants, including revisions and additions to contractual agreements.
• Plan and prepare schedules, monitoring progress against established milestones.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively with both internal and external clients.
• Contribute to marketing and overall strategy creation.
• Ensure quality control, accuracy inspections, and execution of projects during construction phase.
• Manage budgets, track costs, oversee design reviews, and provide feedback on practicality and costs.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a Project Manager (PM) title.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required in urban planning, engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading at least one multi-family project from start to finish.
• Demonstrated good tenure and proficiency with Procore software.
• Full-time office-based commitment mandatory, with flexibility for life/family commitments.
