Project Manager – Business Change

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager with a background in finance or engineering to support a major infrastructure program. This is a long-term contract role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and experience leading complex business process change initiatives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of medium to high-risk, complex business process change projects across multiple teams and departments.
• Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop and manage project plans, risk registers, communication strategies, and post-implementation reviews.
• Analyze and troubleshoot monthly financial documentation and reporting.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and deliverables for recurring executive-level meetings.
• Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and progress.
• Establish standards and procedures to optimize the implementation, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum of nine (9) years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to proactively gather, interpret, and act on information from various internal departments.

Preferred Assets:

• Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
• Experience working with external suppliers or managing contract requirements.
• Previous experience supporting infrastructure or utility-based projects.
