MatchBox Consulting is on the hunt for a Business Change Project Manager. This candidate will  be responsible for the successful delivery of medium to high-risk, complex business process change projects. Leads cross-functional teams, applies project management principles, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.

Contract: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and report on project activities, including project plans, status reports, action logs, and post-implementation reviews.

• Identify, analyze, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.

• Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide regular reporting and presentations to enable project progression.

• Establish and enforce standards for project implementation and monitoring.

• Manage program data, validate inputs, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure datasets are reliable for reporting and decision-making.

• Act as a process steward for end-to-end workflows, documenting and maintaining standardized procedures, and driving continuous improvement.

• Support business technology tools and SharePoint adoption, escalating technical issues while maintaining business ownership.

• Provide training, job aids, and support to stakeholders; capture feedback to improve processes and reporting.

• Produce monthly scorecards and performance reports that are traceable to source data.

Experience & Education:

• Minimum 9 years of project management experience or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related discipline.

• Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation preferred.

• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Power BI and advanced analytics (3+ years).
