MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Project Manager for a 4 month contract role with a client of ours located in Vancouver

Responsibilities:

• Leading the overall end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring from project inception, implementation, and close
• Guides, mentors, and coaches team members and project stakeholders
• Managing resources, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Creating KPIs and tracking project deliverables that align back to organizational objectives
• Ensuring projects are delivered with quality and on-time, on-expectation, and on-budget
• Leading the creation and maintenance of deliverables that may include project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and successful project completion reports
• Adopting and maintaining global Technology PMO standards, tools, templates, procedures and methodologies
• Creating and tracking key KPIs and metrics related to Digital Squad to monitor project performance and progress

Requirements:

• 4 – 5+ years of experience in project management
• Project Management Institute or Scrum Alliance certified, or equivalent (e.g. PMP, CSPO, or CSM)
• Experience with Project Management software (e.g. Microsoft Office, JIRA, and/or Confluence)
• Delivered Projects in a Data Analytics group
• Experience working on Azure Data projects would be a nice to have
• Creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to work well under pressure, independently
• Highly experienced in an Agile environment
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight timescales
