Matchbox consulting group is on the hunt for a Project Manager located in the Edmonton, AB. Our client is a respected construction firm with a strong reputation for excellence in delivering complex projects across Western and Northern Canada. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional construction, specifically with Pre-Engineered structures.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including design-build, and ability to manage the full project lifecycle from startup to closeout.
• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with financial management, scheduling, and performance tracking for Pre-Engineered Building projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of Pre-Engineered Building construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Manage project startup, execution, and closeout, including contract finalization, procurement, and resource planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-trades, and project stakeholders.
• Support the Project Development team in securing new Pre-Engineered Building opportunities and participate in project interviews.
