MatchBox Consulting is excited to partner with one of Western Canada's most sought-after and most respected Developer-Builders to search for an experienced Property Manager to join their strong growing team. The hired Property Manager will be responsible for the management of the commercial portfolio and ensure highest level of service is provided to the tenants. The ideal Property Manager will have previous exposure managing commercial/industrial properties. 

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the VP of Asset Management on financial performance, property operations, capital project execution, staffing and tenant relations.
• Provide excellent management service.
• Build revenues and expenses.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable.
• Make recommendations and oversee execution of capital projects.
• Administer leases to ensure all requirements are maintained and obligations are met.
• Complete consistent and regular property inspections.
• Supervise and develop appropriate operating procedures.
• Complete and document move-in and exit reports.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Post-secondary education in business or real estate.
• Minimum 3-5 years property management experience in commercial portfolios.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
• Adaptable to new ideas and constant changes.
• Ability to cope with changing tenant needs and deliver successful results within agreed upon timeframes.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office.  
• Must have a valid BC driver’s license and vehicle.
