MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a dynamic and high-volume industrial portfolio as part of our client’s Ontario operations. Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations of an extensive portfolio (40–50 industrial properties; 4–5M sq. ft.)
• Maintaining building aesthetics, coordinating repairs, and overseeing service requests
• Managing tenant relationships, lease obligations, and accounts receivable
• Prioritizing and tracking tenant inquiries while collaborating with internal departments (accounting, leasing, construction, tenant improvements)
• Building fluency in internal systems such as Yardi and Angus Anywhere
• Leading cross-departmental communication with stakeholders in Toronto and Calgary
• Reporting directly to the VP of Property Management and supervising a small support team

Must Haves

• 7+ years of experience in commercial property management, ideally in industrial real estate
• Post-secondary education (diploma or degree required)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a high-volume portfolio
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Collaborative mindset and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and geographies
• Ability to interpret and manage lease agreements and tenant obligations

Nice to Haves

• RPA (Real Property Administrator) or CPM (Certified Property Manager) designations
• Exposure to development-driven environments or developer-landlord hybrids
• Experience with Yardi, Angus Anywhere, or similar property management platforms
• Knowledge of Ontario commercial real estate markets and industrial trends
