MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Proposal and Production Team Lead to join their team in either Calgary or Edmonton.

Our client comprises of engineers, technologists, planners, landscape architects, and scientists who come together to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions, with a commitment to minimizing environmental impact and benefiting communities. Responsibilities:

• Review RFPs and provide high-level summaries for partners.
• Coordinate proposal information gathering, submission, and risk communication.
• Identify proposal opportunities and needs by studying RFPs and attending strategy meetings.
• Ensure proposal deadlines are met by setting priorities and timelines for tasks.
• Maintain and update standardized proposal components, including CVs and project sheets.
• Proofread, format, and perfect proposal drafts while aligning templates with brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• 5 years of proposal development experience in a fast-paced setting managing multiple strategic bids and complex documents.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance workflows, improve processes, or refine finished products.
• Experience leading a professional team or group, formally or informally, to achieve timely deliverables.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with expertise in creating and utilizing templates.
