As a Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with exciting contract and permanent opportunities in various sectors including energy, construction, mining, and more, driving success for both candidates and clients. You’ll actively engage with candidates in person, over the phone, and via video, building meaningful relationships that unlock potential and create lasting impact.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Source Top Talent: Utilize innovative strategies to find and engage the best candidates in engineering, construction, and real estate.
• Qualify Candidates: Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they’re a great fit for our clients' needs.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with a supportive group of recruiters, researchers, and business development managers, sharing knowledge and resources to help you focus on identifying the right talent.
• Stay Industry-Savvy: Keep up-to-date with market trends to refine your sourcing strategies and target in-demand skill sets.

Qualifications

• Education Background: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we welcome applicants from all educational backgrounds, including those with degrees in social sciences or humanities.
• Strong Communication Skills: Confident in both written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and build relationships.
• Previous Experience: You have experience in sales, phone-based roles, or similar environments where building rapport and connecting with people is essential.
• Detail-Oriented: You’re organized and meticulous, with a keen eye for spotting talent and matching candidates to the right roles.
• Driven & Motivated: Goal-oriented and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment, always striving to meet and exceed targets.
