Matchbox Consulting Group is partnering with an up-and-coming developer in the Maple Ridge area looking for a Sales Representative to help sell their new master-planned community.

This one is a little different. You do not need years of real estate experience. You do not need a long sales resume. What you need is to be genuinely great with people, the kind of person who walks into a room and immediately makes everyone in it feel comfortable. If you have just gotten your license, or you are coming from a sales background in a completely different industry and are looking for your way into real estate, this could be the role that gets you there.

The community is one of the largest ground-oriented developments in Metro Vancouver. It is a strong product with a real story to tell, and for someone who can sell, the earning potential here is serious. This is an uncapped commission role, meaning the ceiling is entirely yours to set.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Build relationships with prospective buyers and the local realtor community to generate interest and drive sales.
• Conduct sales presentations and community tours for visiting customers.
• Follow up with leads consistently and creatively to convert interest into purchases.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date on a daily basis.
• Keep buyers informed on construction progress and the status of their home throughout the process.
• Stay current on local market conditions, resale inventory, and industry trends.
• Work with the marketing team to develop new lead generation opportunities.
• Represent the brand and the community with professionalism at all times.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have 1+ years of real estate sales experience.
• You are an extrovert. You genuinely love talking to people and you are good at it.
• You are motivated by results and have no problem setting ambitious targets for yourself.
• You hold a BC real estate license or are in the process of obtaining one.
• You are professional, reliable, and the kind of person buyers will trust with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
• You do not need someone to push you. You show up every day ready to go.
