Salesforce Developer/Administrator

MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer/Administrator for a permanent position with a client of ours located in Port Moody. This is a hybrid position (3 days on site and 2 remote).

Key Must Haves

• Min 2 years experience with Salesforce Administration, configuration, and customization (record types, salesforce infrastructure, reporting and analytics)
• Experience as an individual contributor in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Pardot or Marketing Automation experience
• Experience migrating Workflows into Flows
• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM platform to meet the organization’s requirements.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across all systems to ensure security and compliance.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability.
