As part of the building science team, you'll work and lead exciting projects in beautiful mountain towns, applying your expertise to both new builds and revitalization efforts. Responsibilities
- Lead building enclosure projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering technical growth and professional development.
- Conduct building condition assessments, peer reviews, and prepare design packages.
- Maintain client relationships, provide input on client needs, and oversee proposal preparation.
- Assist in strategic business development and resource planning for team expansion
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science, or related discipline, with P.Eng., P.L.(Eng), or P.Tech. designation.
- 8+ years of professional experience in building enclosure engineering.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, design principles, and Canadian construction practices.
- Experience leading teams, preparing contract documents, and acting as a Prime Consultant.
