Responsibilities

• Lead building enclosure projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering technical growth and professional development.
• Conduct building condition assessments, peer reviews, and prepare design packages.
• Maintain client relationships, provide input on client needs, and oversee proposal preparation.
• Assist in strategic business development and resource planning for team expansion

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science, or related discipline, with P.Eng., P.L.(Eng), or P.Tech. designation.
• 8+ years of professional experience in building enclosure engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, design principles, and Canadian construction practices.
• Experience leading teams, preparing contract documents, and acting as a Prime Consultant.
