Senior Development Coordinator
Vancouver | Hybrid | $80,000–$95,000 + benefits

At MatchBox, we’re proud to be working on behalf of our respected client to find a Senior Development Coordinator who will help deliver affordable homes and build thriving communities across Metro Vancouver and Vancouver Island. What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from early concept to occupancy, keeping schedules, budgets, and approvals on track

• Manage design processes, coordinate consultants, and liaise with municipalities, funders, and community partners

• Support major handovers, reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration

• Contribute your expertise to shaping internal systems and processes as the organization continues to grow

Who This Role is For
This role is specifically designed for current Development Coordinators who are ready to step up into a senior title and scope. If your background is in planning, construction engineering, or related fields, we respect that experience—but this opportunity requires direct Development Coordinator experience with purpose-built rental or multi-family housing.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years as a Development Coordinator in real estate development

• Strong understanding of project management and Metro Vancouver municipal processes

• Experience with rental or multi-family development (affordable housing an asset)

• A mix of organizational skill, adaptability, and clear communication
