MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our client in Calgary, AB.  

They are an established engineering firm known for their expertise in providing innovative and sustainable solutions across a wide range of sectors, including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering. With a track record of successful projects and a commitment to client satisfaction, our client continues to be a trusted leader in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data for budgeting, client profitability, and risk management, reporting to the Engineering Manager.
• Serve as Relationship Manager or Technical Specialist for project delivery.
• Plan and review resource-intensive projects efficiently.
• Establish operational standards and address cost control issues.
• Maintain technical expertise and mentor teammates.
• Identify projects for technical awards and collaborate for large projects.
• Uphold company culture, values, and safety policies.
• Obtain necessary certifications for leadership roles.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• P.Eng. status.
• 8+ years of experience
• Proficient with AutoCad and Revit
• Experience working with clients.
• Leadership/Mentorship experience of junior engineers
