MatchBox Consulting Group is on the hunt for a senior Project Manager. This candidate will lead and oversee the Calgary office and insure projects are timely and quality is met

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial TI projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for the Calgary office, serving as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with trades, contractors, consultants, and local partners throughout all phases of project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and local regulations.
• Support project financial tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
• Contribute to strategic decisions impacting the Calgary office’s growth and operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5–10+ years of project management experience, primarily in commercial tenant improvement projects.
• Proven success managing projects in the $500K–$2M range (projects larger than $5–30M are less relevant for this role).
• Strong understanding of the Calgary construction market, including trades, contractors, and local players.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work primarily from the Calgary office.
