MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Senior Project Manager on behalf of a well-established real estate development and construction company.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale concrete high-rise projects in the Vancouver area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organization with a strong project pipeline and a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues proactively.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with concrete high-rise projects.
• Proven ability to lead complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of construction project management processes and best practices.
• PMP designation is considered an asset.
