MatchBox is seeking a Senior Project Manager. 

We’re representing an owner on one of Vancouver’s landmark mixed-use developments — a multi-tower, high-rise concrete project in its final stages. We’re looking for an experienced Owner’s Rep / Project Manager to step in for a 1-year term and help drive project closeout, coordination, and stakeholder management to the finish line.

You’ll be embedded with a strong, collaborative ownership and consulting team — trusted to lead your portion of the project with autonomy and judgment. This is the kind of assignment that builds résumés and reputations: a high-profile project, a great team, and the freedom to do your best work without the red tape of a large organization.

What You Bring

• Solid track record in residential high-rise (concrete) construction
• Strength in project closeout, stakeholder coordination, and reporting
• Excellent software and documentation skills (MS Project, Excel, Procore, etc.)
• Local experience in the Vancouver construction market
