MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Site Superintendent.

RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Senior Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and quality control. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing complex construction projects from start to finish
• Overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety

REQUIREMENTS: Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry and a track record of success in managing large-scale projects. To be considered for this role, you should have:

• At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale projects
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
