Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and inspections to maintain project timelines
• Enforce quality control and ensure all work meets company standards
• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing questions and concerns
• Adapt plans and schedules to respond to evolving site conditions
• Mentor junior supervisors and contribute to team development
• Provide regular project updates to management

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with a background in site supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple job sites and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to challenges
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Deep understanding of construction safety and quality standards
