Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and inspections to maintain project timelines
- Enforce quality control and ensure all work meets company standards
- Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing questions and concerns
- Adapt plans and schedules to respond to evolving site conditions
- Mentor junior supervisors and contribute to team development
- Provide regular project updates to management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with a background in site supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple job sites and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to challenges
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Deep understanding of construction safety and quality standards
