Your Role

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering technically sound and innovative structural solutions. You’ll lead complex assignments, influence design practices, and support a culture of excellence across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex structural engineering projects with a high degree of autonomy.

• Innovate and develop solutions beyond standard practices to meet evolving project needs.

• Provide technical expertise in resolving design and site challenges.

• Recommend and implement enhancements to internal design standards.

• Coordinate and manage mid- to large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

• Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success.

• Prepare technical documentation including progress reports, cost estimates, and recommendations for design changes.

• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.

• Uphold and embody our values of quality, client focus, teamwork, sustainability, and community.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada or eligible for registration.

• Minimum 7 years of structural engineering experience, ideally in a consulting environment.

• Expertise in structural design principles, codes, and best practices.

• Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in industry-standard structural engineering software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, etc.).

• Solid project management skills from concept through to construction.
