MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer (CMDB) for a 6 month contract role with a client of ours located in Toronto.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, with a primary focus on CMDB architecture and optimization
• Build and implement automations using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and scripting to streamline ITSM processes
• Manage CMDB data models, CI relationships, and perform ongoing data quality and health assessments
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (APIs, discovery tools, monitoring platforms) and support data synchronization
• Provide ongoing support, governance, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure scalable, compliant ServiceNow solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong focus on CMDB implementation and administration
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow automation (Flow Designer, scripting, workflows) and platform development
• Strong understanding of CMDB frameworks, Service Mapping, Discovery, and data integrity best practices
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub)
• Solid knowledge of ITIL practices and strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
