We’re hiring an Intermediate Superintendent to lead ground-oriented housing projects across the Fraser Valley. With a pipeline of 10+ active and upcoming developments, this is a long-term opportunity to grow your career with a well-established builder.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all site operations for high-volume, single-family home projects.
• Lead and coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams to ensure quality and schedule adherence
• Enforce safety standards and compliance with WorkSafeBC and company protocols.
• Troubleshoot construction challenges and keep projects on track.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, consultants, and city inspectors.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative job site.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of site supervision experience in residential construction, with a focus on ground-oriented housing (townhouses, row homes, or single-family developments).
• Red Seal Carpenter certification or equivalent hands-on construction experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive schedules and maintain quality.
• Experience managing multiple phases of a project and coordinating with subtrades.
• Commitment to site safety and high construction standards.
