MatchBox Consulting is on the hunt for a Stakeholder Engagement Administrator specialist to work out of Vancouver, BC in a hybrid work model. This role will support the delivery of engagement events and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders across the province.
Duration: 1 year
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all logistics for external engagement events (e.g., facility booking, catering, vehicle rental, set-up/tear-down)

Manage inventory of event supplies and materials
-
Maintain and organize stakeholder lists
-
Track inquiries and coordinate timely responses
-
Manage project inbox and voicemail
-
Support graphic design and digital communication needs (website updates, online surveys)
-
Assist in the creation of engagement plans, event summaries, and communication reports
-
Travel to various project sites across the province and work flexible hours as required
Must-Have Qualifications:
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in communications strategy or advisory work

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing, or related field

Strong writing and reporting skills
-
Graphic design background
-
Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
-
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to drive to remote locations

Physically able to lift items up to 50 lbs
Nice-to-Have:

Experience with data or stakeholder management systems
-
Background in event coordination or logistics
