The Role

We are working with a respected developer-builder in Kelowna that has strong backing and a growing pipeline. They are completing a 6-storey wood-frame project and need a Finishing Superintendent to lead the finishing phase through to turnover.

From there, you will transition onto an upcoming hotel project.

This is not a rotation or LOA role. Preference is for local candidates or those planning to relocate permanently.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the finishing phase as the primary site authority for interiors and closeout

• Drive quality control and ensure deficiencies are identified, tracked, and resolved properly

• Coordinate trades, push schedule, and hold standards at the finish line

• Manage inspections, occupancy requirements, and turnover

• Maintain a strong safety culture on site

• Deliver a clean project that reflects pride in workmanship

This is not a “inside-out” learning role. You are expected to own the finishing stage.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience as a Finishing Superintendent on at least one full project where you led the finishing phase

• Wood-frame multi-family experience required

• Strong understanding of interior sequencing, trade coordination, and deficiency management

• Detail-oriented with a reputation for high standards

• Embraces safety as a non-negotiable

• Professional, steady, and respected by trades
