On behalf of our clients, Matchbox Consulting is seeking a High Rise Concrete Superintendent. Our client is hiring for an upcoming large scale project and looking to broaden their team. The client is part of a large group of companies and has a large pipeline of projects and offers the ability to grow exponentially.   

Must Have:

• 2-3 completed projects (mid-rise or high rise concrete acceptable) 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to monitor progress and quality.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to meet project specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts during construction.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Proficient in construction estimating and budgeting.
• Experience with construction management software such as ProCore.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam for document management.
