Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and managed multimillion dollar projects.
• Ensured that objectives are accomplished in accordance with outlined priorities.
• Analyze results of operations to discover more efficient ways to utilize resources.
• Coordinate the successful simultaneous development of several projects.
• Delegate responsibilities and designed time schedules.
• Review project status reports during each operational phase.
• Prepare weekly project status reports for management.

Requirements

• Dedicated individual with a thorough knowledge of construction, building technology, and methodology and construction drawings.
•  An individual fully capable to work alone or as a team player.
•  Proven ability to complete projects under budget and within the time constraints, motivate subcontractors and general contractors involving multiple trades, skills, and locations.
• Making decisions and being accountable.
• Top notch presentation, negotiating, analytical, and problem-solving skills at all levels.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Dedicated to maintaining the highest quality, standard, safety, and completion of projects
