MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Superintendent in Langford, BC.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for a project, ensuring compliance with contract documents.
- Maintain regular communication with senior management, consultants, inspectors, and officials involved in the project.
- Review project plans, specifications, and documentation, reporting discrepancies to the Construction Manager.
- Manage the construction schedule, ensuring contractors and suppliers meet critical deadlines.
- Ensure completion of all required inspections, permits, and occupancy deadlines, coordinating with the Construction Manager.
- Uphold construction quality, safety standards, and respond to emergencies as required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in leading and directing all field personnel
- Strong understanding of the construction process, including Wood-Frame over parkade.
- Excellent and respectful verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to execute and get tasks done efficiently
