MatchBox Consulting is seeking a Transportation Technical Lead to oversee a growing team of designers and technologists. This role combines hands-on technical expertise in transportation design with leadership and mentorship responsibilities. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support transportation design on municipal and provincial projects
• Oversee and mentor a team of junior and intermediate designers
• Review design work to ensure quality and adherence to standards
• Coordinate with other teams and disciplines during design and delivery
• Contribute to proposals and project planning as needed

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• P.Eng, CET, P.Tech, P.L.Eng, or A.Tech designation
• At least 2 years of team leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong background in geometric design and 3D modeling
• Proficient with Civil 3D and AutoCAD
