Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring design continuity and providing senior leadership.
- Interface directly with Principals, Clients, and project team members, representing the firm effectively.
- Coordinate project presentations, contribute to business development initiatives, and oversee project status, schedule, and costs.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, facilitating their development within the firm.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Architecture/Design and have a minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience.
- Possess registration with a Provincial Architectural Association or eligibility with recognized certification boards.
- Demonstrate at least 1-2 years of Canadian or transferable international experience in project/construction principles.
- Exhibit advanced understanding of all phases of the design delivery process, project functionality, and building codes.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam REVU, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch-Up.
