Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies in line with OSHA guidelines and industry best practices.
• Perform regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards.
• Facilitate safety training sessions and workshops to promote awareness and compliance among employees.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and provide actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution.
• Keep detailed safety records and documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and compliance records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in safety management within the construction sector.
• CRSP, CRST, NCSO designations preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Proven experience in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and developing safety training programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and guide teams.
