On behalf of our clients, Matchbox Consulting is seeking a Project Manager with multifamily wood frame experience.
The Project Manager leads and coordinates daily management of assigned projects, overseeing estimates, budgets, inspections, and schedules. This role is responsible for the project's overall performance, including cost, schedule, quality, and adherence to policies. Reporting to the Senior VP, the Project Manager ensures compliance with contractual obligations and fosters strong relationships with sub-trades, suppliers, and project owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and budgets
- Lead project execution and coordinate teams and contractors
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, permits, and subcontracts
- Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication
- Monitor progress, budgets, and safety compliance
- Identify process improvements and address issues with subcontractors and suppliers
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Engineering, C.E.T., PMP, or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in multi-family/single-family construction
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
