MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Proposal and Production Team Lead to join their team in either Calgary or Edmonton.

Responsibilities:
- Review RFPs and provide high-level summaries for partners.
- Coordinate proposal information gathering, submission, and risk communication.
- Identify proposal opportunities and needs by studying RFPs and attending strategy meetings.
- Ensure proposal deadlines are met by setting priorities and timelines for tasks.
- Maintain and update standardized proposal components, including CVs and project sheets.
- Proofread, format, and perfect proposal drafts while aligning templates with brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- 5 years of proposal development experience in a fast-paced setting managing multiple strategic bids and complex documents.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance workflows, improve processes, or refine finished products.
- Experience leading a professional team or group, formally or informally, to achieve timely deliverables.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with expertise in creating and utilizing templates.
