MatchBox Consulting Group is currently searching for several Fullstack Developers for 12 month contract roles at one of our clients based in Vancouver

Responsibilities:

• The Contractors will provide full-stack development services as directed within the following scope of work:
• Support and enhance full-stack production systems
• Production support, including bug fixes for Client-facing Portals, internally facing portals and supporting full-stack components
• Feature enhancements for the same to meet ongoing needs of business stakeholders
• Knowledge transfer / training as required to support employee development resources

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Commitment to agile software development methodologies including pair-programming, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Good understanding of User Experience and User Interface design principles.
• Good problem-solving skills to overcome issues during development.
• Expertise in creating applications using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET Web API (REST), XML, advanced SQL scripting
• Experience in mobile app development using Swift / Objective-C, Kotlin / Java, React Native for iOS and Android devices.  Mobile wrapper technologies such as Ionic / Capacitor and/or Cordova.
• Experience using Python (Django / Flask), PHP, Javascript frameworks (Angular / React / Vue.js), CSS, HTML.
• Experience with data modeling, scripting, data mapping.
• Familiarity with Object Relational Model (ORM) and Telerik development tools.
• Familiarity with design patterns like dependency injection, factory, etc.
• Experience writing Oracle SQL, SQL scripting and PL/SQL tool.
• Integration experience with 3rd party applications from Tyler Technologies software widely used in the public sector.
