DevSecOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join a client of ours within the geoscience space. This is a hybrid role based in Montreal.  

You will be sole DevOps person on the tech team, enhancing the CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure)
• Integrate security into all stages of the software lifecycle
• Monitor and respond to security threats in cloud and on-prem environments
• Design and maintain cloud architecture for high-performance computing (HPC)
• Ensure system reliability and meet SLAs through robust architecture
• Lead ISO 27001 implementation and maintenance

Requirements:

• 2+ years in DevOps and cybersecurity roles
• Strong knowledge of cloud (Azure), container security (Docker/Kubernetes), and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Proficient with CI/CD tools and security technologies
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001)
