Matchbox Consulting is on the hunt for a Electrical Construction Coordinator located in Hudson’s hope, BC

Role:  Electrical Construction Coordinator
Length: 1 year
Location: Hudson’s hope (Rotational 18 on – 10 off )

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site inspections to ensure construction work, materials, and methods meet standards.
• Monitor project progress and report on cost, schedule, and safety.
• Conduct safety observations and promote compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations.
• Coordinate site testing, surveying, and estimation activities.
• Support contract administration by liaising with contractors and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of construction experience.
• Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology or relevant trades/apprenticeship.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and contract law.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel and work on a rotational schedule (18/10).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in electrical construction or substations (high-voltage experience highly valued).
