Matchbox Consulting Group is partnering with an up and coming developer in the Maple Ridge area for a New Homes Sales Manager to help sell their new master-planned community.
As this is a fully commission role, the amount you make is fully dependent on how much you are capable and willing to sell to the market, offering a unique opportunity for self development and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making Strong Connections with Prospective buyers and the realtor community to generate interest and drive sales
- Conduct engaging sales demonstrations of homes and the community for visiting customers
- Implement creative and proactive follow-up strategies to convert connections into purchasers
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM on a daily basis
- Provide purchasers with regular updates on the status of their home
- Stay informed on real estate market conditions, local resale inventory and industry trends to act as a trusted new home expert
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate new connection opportunities
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the values and promise of the client.
