Senior Controller

Abbotsford, BC

MatchBox Consulting Group is supporting a growing construction company in the Fraser Valley as they look to add a Senior Controller to their leadership team.

This is a chance to step into a key finance leadership role inside an active, project-driven business. The company is growing, projects are moving, and they want someone who enjoys being close to operations, helping the business run well, and building strong financial visibility as the company scales.

You will work closely with senior leadership and play a central role in guiding financial performance, strengthening reporting, and supporting project teams across the organization.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the centre of the business.

You will help guide:

• Financial reporting and oversight of accounting operations
• Project financial visibility and performance tracking
• Cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning
• Systems, controls, and process improvements
• Collaboration between finance and construction operations
