MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Digital Data Analyst for a 9 month contract role with a client of ours located in Vancouver

Responsibilities: 

• Partner with product owners and product managers to develop and monitor key performance metrics to facilitate measurement and strategic direction for each product.
• Ensuring the measurement frameworks and success criteria for digital products are aligned with and contribute to KPIs.
• Conducting in-depth analyses to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors across digital platforms.
• Applying statistical methods and techniques (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive) to derive deeper insights.
• Attending regular agile ceremonies with cross functional partners and development squads.
• Segmenting audiences, performing funnel analysis, or measuring user engagement.
• Preparing and automating regular reports and dashboards summarizing key findings, insights, and learnings related to development projects.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by conducting data quality checks and adhering to data privacy regulations.

Requirements: 
 

• 5 years of experience in digital analytics, customer analytics, or related roles
• Experience with experimentation and web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Data Collection, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and Customer Data Platforms
• Proficient with data visualization software (preferably Power BI and Tableau)
• Experience with data integration, SQL, scripting languages, and relational databases
• Analyze and interpret consumer behaviour, preferences, and decision-making processes
• Comfortable working under deadlines, managing multiple priorities, taking initiative, and paying close attention to detail
• Experience working in agile methodologies and iterative development processes
• Team player and have experience working with cross-functional teams
