Senior Superintendent — Concrete High-Rise
 

You’ve run towers in this city. You know what shows up on drawings and what shows up on site. This role needs someone who can take a project from the ground up and keep it moving without noise.

This is a lead superintendent seat. You run the site from excavation through turnover. Clear direction. One point of accountability.

What you will do
Run the day. Set the sequence. Keep safety and schedule tight.
Manage foremen and trades. Drive production and hold standards.
Work through drawings, RFIs, and field issues before they become problems.
Coordinate with a small office team. Direct access to decision makers.
Keep momentum when conditions change.

What matters
Concrete high-rise delivery in Metro Vancouver. Start to finish.
Strong handle on forming cycles, cranes, pours, and close-in.
Knows the local trade base and how to get work out of them.
Organized, steady, and direct.
