Matchbox Consulting Group is partnering with a well-established residential real estate developer operating across Alberta and British Columbia looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Calgary marketing team.
Our client builds master-planned communities across Western Canada with an active pipeline of projects and launches. They have a strong brand presence across social and digital channels and are continuing to grow. This is a company that moves fast, invests in marketing, and treats digital performance as a real priority tied directly to sales.
For an intermediate-level digital marketer, this role is a genuine opportunity to take full ownership of paid digital advertising and the company’s entire HubSpot CRM platform for a recognizable, growing developer brand. You will not be supporting someone else’s strategy. You will be setting up, running, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns yourself, across Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, while also owning the CRM end to end and training the sales team on it. That breadth of responsibility at this stage of a career builds experience fast.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Optimize campaigns daily for lead quality, cost efficiency, and conversion performance.
- Build and manage retargeting audiences and full-funnel campaign structures.
- Maintain all digital advertising accounts including platform access, billing, and account hygiene.
- Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions.
- Write and test ad copy, headlines, and creative variations.
- Own HubSpot end to end including platform configuration, integrations, workflows, and ongoing maintenance.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurture workflows.
- Manage lead flow, pipeline visibility, and CRM data integrity across the sales and marketing team.
- Train and support the sales team on HubSpot so they can manage contacts, track leads, and work their pipeline confidently.
- Ensure proper tracking is in place across UTMs, conversion tracking, GA4, and CRM integrations.
- Attend and contribute to industry events, community launches, and sponsorship activations as part of the role.
WHO YOU ARE
- 2 or more years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Experience in real estate, home development, or construction marketing is required.
- Solid HubSpot experience including campaigns, workflows, integrations, and CRM management.
- Comfortable training or supporting non-technical team members on platforms and tools.
- Strong grasp of campaign structure, optimization levers, and performance metrics.
- Proficient with GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, conversion tracking, and platform pixels.
- Analytical with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable next steps.
- Someone who takes ownership, spots problems before being told about them, and holds themselves accountable to results.
- Permanent resident status in Canada is required.
