Matchbox Consulting Group is partnering with one of BC's most well-regarded real estate developers based in Burnaby looking for a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a diverse and interesting industrial portfolio.

Our client is a respected, established developer with a strong reputation across the province. Their industrial portfolio is active, varied, and genuinely interesting to manage, with the kind of assets and tenants that keep the work engaging. This is not a role where you are babysitting a static book of business. You will be making real decisions, managing meaningful relationships, and operating with a level of autonomy that reflects the seniority of the position.

This is a strong fit for an experienced property manager who wants to work for a developer with a real brand behind it, a portfolio worth managing, and a team that respects what senior leadership actually looks like in practice.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Lead the strategic management of multiple industrial properties, maintaining top operational standards across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Manage property finances including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.
• Oversee property maintenance, contractor management, and capital projects.
• Ensure lease compliance and manage tenant transitions smoothly.

WHO YOU ARE

• 7+ years of experience in commercial property management, with industrial portfolio experience strongly preferred.
• Post-secondary education in real estate, business, or a related field.
• A strong leader with sharp communication and problem-solving skills who is comfortable operating independently.
• Proficient in Yardi and Argus
• Holds a valid BC driver's license.
