Calling all Project Coordinators who are ready to take the next step in their career! MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our client, a leading residential developer builder in the Fraser Valley.  

The Assistant Project Manager will be a driven and passionate individual, responsible for assisting onsite construction teams to achieve their project goals.  

Responsibilities:  

• Engage in trade procurement 
• Execute estimating, costing, and material takeoffs 
• Create and maintain project budgets  
• Complete purchase orders and invoicing  
• Value engineering new home design 
• Ensure permitting and compliance 
• Monitor health and safety 
• Create, monitor, and adjust project scheduling  
• Ensure quality control  

Requirements:  

• A post-secondary certificate or diploma 
• A passion for the construction industry  
• Highly organized and detail oriented  
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and related professional drawings 
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Sage 300 an asset 
• PMP Certification would be an asset.
