Our client is a leading general contractor specializing in various construction projects across Western Canada. Responsibilities:

• Engage in meetings with potential clients to discuss new project opportunities.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain construction schedules and budget allocations.
• Facilitate the processing of change notices and orders initiated by owners and consultants.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain pricing for change notices and manage related orders.
• Arrange and participate in meetings with site subcontractors, documenting discussions and disseminating information.
• Support the Project Estimator in generating estimates as needed.
• Evaluate and approve subcontractor progress draw submissions on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the Owner for payment processing.
• Forecast project progress and financials on a monthly basis.
• Ensure all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts, are up-to-date and readily accessible to the project team.
• Collaborate closely with the Site Superintendent to ensure effective project coordination and execution.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education in Construction related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management in a leadership position.
• Familiarity with design-build, fixed price, or construction management methods of project delivery.
• Proven track record of providing excellent client service and fostering a strong team culture.
• Proficiency in common Project Management software.
• Knowledge of construction software and systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Valid driver's license required.
