MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Construction Quality Assurance & Quality Control Technician to join our client in Surrey.  

Our client is a leading real estate company dedicated to crafting innovative and aesthetically pleasing urban spaces. Specializing in residential and mixed-use projects, they prioritize quality construction and attention to detail to create communities that seamlessly blend modern design with functionality. Committed to sustainability and contemporary living needs, our client stands out as a trusted and forward-thinking force in urban development.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home inspections prior to homeowner possessions.
  • Produce deficiency lists through QAQC walkthroughs.
  • Repair and report common deficiencies to Manager, Field Operations
Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of  experience in the Construction industry is required.
  • Hands-on experience in repairing deficiencies on the field is necessary.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • Satisfactory completion of a criminal record check is required.
