MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Construction Quality Assurance & Quality Control Technician to join our client in Surrey.  

Our client is a leading real estate company dedicated to crafting innovative and aesthetically pleasing urban spaces. Specializing in residential and mixed-use projects, they prioritize quality construction and attention to detail to create communities that seamlessly blend modern design with functionality. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home inspections prior to homeowner possessions.
  • Produce deficiency lists through QAQC walkthroughs.
  • Repair and report common deficiencies to Manager, Field Operations
Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of  experience in the Construction industry is required.
  • Hands-on experience in repairing deficiencies on the field is necessary.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • Satisfactory completion of a criminal record check is required.
